Use Sentari AI Free, explore account access, or get help with an existing Professional subscription. Professional is a subscription to the AI service.
Use the account associated with your website subscription. Your existing subscription remains in place.

Your access route depends on where you subscribed and which version of Sentari AI you use.
Website subscribers
Sign in with the email and password linked to your Sentari AI Professional website subscription to access your account and subscription details.
If your subscription is not recognised, contact support before purchasing again.
Sentari AI for Windows
Open the app and use its account sign-in option with your subscription email. Follow the email-code sign-in steps shown in the app.
If Professional access is not recognised, contact Robin so your website subscription link can be checked.
Apple subscriptions
If you subscribed through Apple, use Restore Purchases in the app with the Apple account used for that purchase.
Manage renewals and cancellation in your Apple subscription settings. Apple purchase access and website subscription are separate routes.
